We used G-Lock to monitor our purchasing and extract the data into a database. Sometimes it has to process 1k mails, but no time there are any performance problems.

Either provide customized scripts if there something you want to do is not already implemented. So, you can feel free to do nearly everything you want.

The best thing at all is the Support – they will help you to solve every problem almost immediately, even if they must release a new version to fix a little bug.

We had been using G-Lock processor for some time with out any problems. Our provider sadly made some changes that broke the connection to G-lock.

G-lock support was fantastic and took a backup of our system and restored it and debugged the problem really quickly. They promptly remoted in and fixed the problems with our system.

We've been using a number of G-Lock products including the Email Processor for the past 3 years and have been extremely pleased not only with the product but also their support. We send out on average about 3 million emails per month and we use the Email Processor to process our bounced and opt-out requests. The platform is easy to use, flexible and robust. Recommend it highly to anyone who does their own email marketing. Great product. Great support. You won't find a better option (we looked).

We needed a way to process CSV files into an internal CRM system. We had a web form but due to network issues it wasnt reliable. We were able to process the CSV files into the web form internally from the external form on our website. We will be purchasing this today! This also saves us 1600$ over Email2DB, which is also great news!

The G-Lock Email Processor has given us the ability to process our files from email attachments which has been phenomenal for us! The product is stable, fully customizable, and its logging is supurb! Improved our entire workflow by a huge margin. And the support has been equally impressive! They've helped us with its configuration from start to finish. There's no other product like this out there, guaranteed!

The e-mail processor is a great product.. it is easy to configure and stable. I love the logging feature - it makes it very simple to configure the rules.

Also G-Lock has a great support team - they responded promptly to my questions and helped me with my solution.

We have been using G-Lock Email Processor (GEP) since version 1.75 in 2004. It has proven itself to be an invaluable tool for managing our online business. We use GEP to automatically respond to product evaluation requests and purchases, including:

- determine what product was requested/purchased
- kick off a script to generate a custom validation key for the product
- autorespond to customer including custom text, link to product and validation key
- update customer database with all that information
- write a log file

Imagine doing THAT by hand! And that's only a small part of what it can do.

Add to that EXCELLENT (!) customer service and you can't go wrong. Try it. You'll Love it!
