Keeps Your List Clean by Processing Bounced and Unsubscribe Emails

List hygiene plays an important role in the email delivery race. You simply can't ignore bounces and undelivered emails because you don't want your newsletter to end up in the recipient's Junk folder. If you consistently send to invalid addresses, it's a red flag for the ISP to filter your messages as junk.

But processing bounce emails manually can be very challenging. There are many formats of bounce emails which must be decoded, analyzed and classified. Here are some examples:

421 4.7.1 Intrusion prevention active for [X.X.X.X]
451 qq read error (#4.3.0)
452 Message for would exceed mailbox quota
530 Authentication required
550 Mailbox unavailable or access denied
550 no such address here
550 not valid
553 sorry, that domain isn’t in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
554 5.3.0 rewrite: map parse not found

You have to check each email, find the email address which bounced, extract it and remove from your list. The things may be even worse because the bounce email address is not always easily seen. You may need to open the original email attached to the bounce message and search for the bounce email address there. You see now what a painstaking job it is!

But G-Lock Email Processor will do this for you in the faster, easier and better way. It identifies and handles all types of bounced messages (hard, soft, transient and mail block) and other types of emails such as subscribe requests, unsubscribe/remove requests, auto-replies and challenge-response messages.
