Added: option to specify the message# to start processing emails from. This option allows to skip the first xx messages on the server and start processing from the next message.

Added: Use Safe Deletion Mode option in the Accounts settings. Check this option if you notice that SpamCombat deletes wrong emails from the server. When you use safe deletion mode, SpamCombat compares the headers of all the emails on the server to the headers of the emails you checked for deletion and deletes right messages.

Added: ability to select a folder on the HDD to store deleted messages.
