Using Write To File action you can
save the email message in the .eml format to the disk, or save the extracted
fields to a .txt or .csv file. Click the black down arrow next to
Actions entry and then click Write
To File.

Write to File window will display.

Type any action name in the Action Name field.
Check Save email as .eml file radio button if you
want to save the message as it is received from the server to the disk. Select
the folder to save the message to. Check Specify file name
manually option and enter the file name without extension, to which the
message will be saved, for example: test. If you don't enter the custom file
name, the program will take the message subject as the file name.
Check Save extracted fields radio button if you
want to save the fields extracted from the message to a file. To specify the
format of your file, click the right mouse button on the 'Specify File Format'
window and select Insert Fields option. Click on a
field and it will appear on the window. Click
button next to the
Select File field field and select the
file, to which you want to save the extracted fields.
IMPORTANT! For your convenience you can insert any of the available
fields in the name of your file. To do this, click the right mouse button on the
'Select File' box and then select a necessary field name from Insert Fields
menu. Field names must be enclosed in brackets and '%' characters. If you
specifies the file manually, make sure the variables are put in [%...%]
brackets.

You cannot use the symbols which are not allowed in the
file name: \, /, :, *, ?, ", <,>. |
To include a header into results, check
Include Header option.
Perform this action if the
field -
check this option if
you want to set the condition to execute the Write to File action. This option
is very useful if you want the program to automatically sort the extracted data
and save it to different files.
If you did not check the
Perform this action if the field option, the program will save to a file
the extracted data regardless of any conditions.
