If you set the Send Email action, your messages are sent from
Outbox. After a message is successfully
transmitted to your SMTP server, it is deleted from Outbox. If a message could
not be delivered for some reasons, it stays in the Outbox marked with
icon. To see
the reason why your message did not go out, you can see a message log. Just
select the appropriate string, click the right mouse button and select
View Log. To re-send a message, click
Start on the Toolbar from the Outbox.

Date column shows you
the date when a message was sent.
From column shows you
the account from which the message will go out.
To column shows you
the recipient's name and/or email address.
BCC column shows you
additional recipients names and/or email addresses.
Subject column shows
you the Subject information of a message.
Status column shows
you the current status of your outgoing messages.
Log File shows you a
file with the appropriate log of a message that you can find in the Outbox
folder in the Email Processor directory.
If you click the right mouse button on any string, you will
display the popup menu with the following options:
View Log - allows you
to view a full log of the outgoing message.
Delete - allows you to
delete the selected message.
Select All - allows
you to select all the outgoing messages in the Outbox.
