To see a detailed information about how processing of your
messages goes, click Log option. On the
right panel of the main window you will see the history of processing your
incoming messages in the following columns: Date,
Account,
Total of Messages, Processed Messages,
Executed Rules,
Log File.

Date column shows you
the date when the program processed messages from the account specified in the
Account column.
Account column shows
you the account from which the program processed messages at the specified date.
Total of Messages
column shows you the total of messages from the specified account.
Processed Messages
column shows you the number of processed messages from the specified account.
Executed Rules column
shows you a number of rules which were executed while processing the specified
number of messages.
Ready for sending
column shows you the number of messages that are prepared for sending.
Sent Messages column
shows you the number of messages already sent.
Log File shows you a
file with the appropriate log which you can find in the Log folder in the Email
Processor directory.
If you click any string in the table, you will see a full log
of handling incoming messages from the appropriate account.
If you click the right mouse button on any string, you will
display the popup menu with the following options:
Delete Log - allows
you to delete the log for the selected message.
Refresh Log - allows
you to refresh log information.
Select All - allows
you to select all the strings in the log table.
You may notice some icons in the Log window that denote:
- emails from
the appropriate account were processed according to the program' rule(s);
- the program
disconnected from a POP3 server after processing xx emails from the appropriate
account and will reconnect in xx sec. See Connection tab in the
Accounts settings.
- emails from
the appropriate account were processed but no rules were applied;
- processing
emails from the appropriate account was stopped;
- processing
emails from the appropriate account was interrupted due to some errors.
