Click Inbox Explorer
tab in the Settings window to bring up the Inbox
Explorer Settings.

Retrieve
XX first lines from
message body - if this option is checked,
Inbox Explorer will
retrieve only the specified number of lines from a message body. You can set
minimum 1 line, maximum 100 lines. If you
uncheck this option,
Inbox Explorer will
retrieve only a message header from the server.
Automatically show rules that
can be executed on the message - if you check this option, Inbox Explorer
will automatically parse your incoming messages and show you the rules that can
be applied to each of retrieved messages in the Rules column. To activate this
option, you have to select rules from My Rules list beforehand.
By default this option is unchecked. In this case you will
see nothing in the Rules column and all retrieved messages will be marked by a
yellow envelope .
As soon as you select this option, messages that fit at least one of selected
rules will be marked by an envelope with a checkmark
and the Rules column will show the
rules that you can apply to these messages.
Note:

|
If the Rule contains a filter by a message body, the
message may not be marked if the number of retrieved lines from message body
is less than the number of lines set in the filter settings. For example, if
you set Inbox Explorer to retrieve 20 lines from a message body, but your
filter by body is set to be applied to 40 first lines of the message body,
there is a chance that Inbox Explorer will not find the needed word or
phrase in 20 first lines and will consider that this message does not fit to
the appropriate rule. |
