Forward Email action allows you to forward a message or a number of messages to another email address. To do this, click the black down arrow next to Actions and select Forward Email.

Forward Email window will be displayed.

Action Name specifies any action name, for example, Email 1.

Account specifies the account you want to forward your message from. You can select the account by clicking the black down arrow in this field.

From specifies the sender's name.

To specifies the recipient's name and/or email address.

Subject specifies a message subject.

ATTENTION!

The email address must be enclosed in <> characters, for example [%name%] <[%email%]>

For your convenience you can insert any of the extracted fields into the To, From and Subject boxes. To do this, click the right mouse button on the desired box and then select a necessary field name from Insert Fields menu. Field names must be enclosed in brackets and '%' characters. If you specify the file manually, make sure the variables are put in [%...%] brackets.

Perform this action if the field - check this option if you want to set the condition to execute the Forward Email action. This option is very useful if you want the program to automatically forward messages depending on their content.

Enter a field name in the first box. The drop down menu will display those fields you set in the Field Extractor settings.

The second box specifies a condition for the appropriate field name.

Type the value that the specified field name must contain in the last box.

If you did not check the Perform this action if the field option, the program will forward all your incoming messages to the specified email address.

Remove Transport Fields From Message Header - check this option if you want to remove transport fields from the header of the message you forward. These fields are present for a message only as it is being delivered (transported) to its final location. These fields are generally added by the system:

Return-Path: This is added by the final transport system that delivers the message to its intended recipient. It contains definitive information about the address and route back to the originator of the message.

Received: This field is added by each transport service that the message passes through. It is most useful in tracing the path of a message and consequently tracing transport problems.

Date: This field simply indicates the date and time at which the message was originally sent.

Message-Id: Message-Id contains a unique identifier which refers to this version of this message. The message-id is guaranteed to be unique by the host which reads it.

Reply-To: This field indicates any mailbox(es) to which replies are to be sent.

IP Address: The Internet protocol (IP) address of the host from which the message was received.

From: This field contains the identity of the person who originally sent the message. If this field is not present, then the Sender field must be included.

Sender: This field contains the identity of the agent (i.e. person, system or process) which sends the message. It is generally used when the sender of a message is not the author of a message. If the contents of the From field would make this field redundant, then the Sender field can be omitted.

Remove X-Fields From Message Header - check this option if you want to remove X-fields from the header of the message you forward. The "-extra-" signifies all other message fields in alphabetic order.
