How to get started with G-Lock EasyMail. Tutorial for beginners

This guide assumes that you have already installed G-Lock EasyMail
onto your computer. To get the program working, double click the mouse on G-Lock
EasyMail icon on the desktop, or run the program from the Start menu and follow
these instructions.
Creating Account
1. Click on the Accounts menu on G-Lock EasyMail screen.
2. Select Add New
Account from the menu.
3. Enter an account name, your name and email address.
4. Click OK.

Creating Group in the Address Book
1. Click on the Address Book button on G-Lock EasyMail Toolbar.
2. Click a black down arrow in the New button in the Address Book and
select New Group.

3. Enter a group name and click Create.
You'll see the group you've just created in My Groups section at the left pane
of the Address Book.
Adding Contacts to the Address Book
1. Put the cursor at the group name in My Groups section in the Address Book.
2. Click on Add New Contact button on the Toolbar.

3. Enter the contact information. The email address is required. Other fields
are not required but can be helpful if you would like to send a personalized
message to each recipient.
4. Click OK.

Repeat this procedure to add as many contacts to the group as you want. When
done, click "x" at the right top corner of the Address Book to close it.
Creating and Sending Message
1. Click on the New Message button on the toolbar.
2. Click a black down arrow in the From field and select your account.
3. Click a black down arrow in the Group field and select your group.
4. Type the message subject.
5. Type the message content.
6. Click the Send button.

7. Send Message screen will open. Check the "Send message manually"
box and click OK.
8. Wait for some time until the Delivery Monitor opens.
9. Check the box next to your message and click Start button.

You'll see that the program is sending the message. When the process is
complete, your message is moved to the Finished Task(s) pane in the
Delivery Monitor.
