Upgrade Policy

G-Lock Software provides free minor upgrades (x.00, x.20, etc.) for both bug fixes
and product enhancement upgrades. Major upgrades (1.x, 2.x, etc.) are also free if
you have purchased the AATools license within 90 days of the upgrade release date. If you do not purchase the AATools license within this 90-day period, then you will have to purchase the major upgrade at the price indicated at that time. 

ATTENTION! These upgrades are for existing customers only. If we don't find your name (or email address) in the customer database, we'll have to cancel the order.

You will be able to choose a payment option (credit card, check or money order, fax, or wire transfer) on the ordering page. Important: The unlock key for your software will be sent you by email. Please take special care to enter your email address correctly. Online orders are fulfilled within 24 hours (usually much less). Please do not use free e-mail addresses from yahoo.com, usa.net, hotmail.com, etc. because it will delay the processing of your order.
